Hiring a Medical Office Manager in Cromwell, CT!
This is a direct placement role paying $55-60k/yearly.
Description:
One of our top medical group clients is expanding and they need to hire a Medical Office Manager to help with their rapid growth. This manager will be overseeing the business / office operations.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily operations of the front desk and back office
Managing the physicians’ schedules, Supervising & training staff
Handling escalations with patients regarding complaints, billing, etc.
Work closely with management to make improvements with all day to day operations
Serve as a liaison between staff and the primary manager/physician partners
Ordering supplies for the practice and managing relationships with office vendors.
Recruiting and hiring for offices.
Performance reviews with staff. Coach, train, lead and manage office staff.
SHIFT: 40 hours per week. Need to be able to get in at 6:45 some days and ability to work until 5pm when needed. Need to be flexible to drive to their offices throughout the Hartford Market.
