What does the job involve?Under the directions of plant supervision, the CNC Machine Operatorproduces parts, meeting or exceeding company production and qualitystandards and customer product specifications and satisfying customerdelivery requirements. What will my responsibilities include?' Operateassigned CNC machines to produce customer parts; Perform basic machineadjustments; Perform basic preventative maintenance and tool careactivities; Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork forprocesses completed. What key skills and experience do I need? Abilityto operate a wide variety of precision measuring devices and to operatea wide variety of small hand tools; Ability to read and interpretdocuments such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions,blueprints and procedure manuals; Ability to communicate effectivelywith employees of the organization; Ability to add, subtract, multiply,and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, commonfractions, and or decimals; Ability to lift 10 pounds and occasionallylift and/or move up to 20 pounds; Specific vision abilities required bythis job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depthperception and the ability to adjust focus.
