What will I be doing?
Process accurately check-ins and check-outEnsure that all Guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to the required standardsStay current with all hotel services as well as VIP requests and special eventsDemonstrate a knowledge of external locations, attractions and landmarks in the vicinityProject a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Guest serviceWhat are we looking for?
Previous Front Office experience in the hotel, leisure or retail sectorCalm, efficient and organisedExcellent personal presentation and communication skillsA passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest serviceIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
