Position Summary

Position is responsible for collecting daily fees, selling season passes, answering questions, and giving directions, according to our policies.

Position Responsibilities

Collects money for daily and pass sales.

Prepares daily cash reports.

Answers questions regarding park facilities, programs, and directions.

Keeps area around gate house clean and litter free.

Qualifications

High school education and/or GED, and a minimum of at least one (1) year work experience in a customer service environment preferred. Effective in customer service skills. Effectively communicate park policies. Knowledge of basic computer programs and cash registers.

Independent Judgment

Established policies and procedures control actions. Position requires the knowledge of park policies and practices. Limited, but effective independent judgement is required.
