Description
The Executive Assistant will manage time and administration duties supporting the Directors, will work with and collaborates with the wider Executive Assistant network in Finance Operations and beyond.
Key job responsibilities
• Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements; aligning scheduling priorities
across multiple Director level leaders.
• Streamline inbound/outbound communications; maximizing productivity and ensuring all
requests receive attention with the proper level of urgency.
• Manage Director availability for the organization
• Travel coordination (both domestic and international), expense reporting, visa application etc. Liaison with local and regional authorities such as government agencies
• Track and help drive completion of key dates and deadlines and follow up on outstanding items
• Plan and coordinate team events (such as all hands meetings, offsite event etc.)
• Act as information source and refer inquires to executives or the appropriate departments.
Base pay for this position starts from EUR 1,700 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. A day in the life
The Day will mainly consist of supporting the key job responsibilities, and will have a certain number of fixed recurring meetings to support, but the split of effort may vary day to day or week to week between Directors supported depending on the various needs of Directors and their business drivers.
About the team
The Executive Assistant will integrate in with the leadership teams of each of the supported Directors, will also be part of the work and social network of the site in which they are based, and indeed will be encouraged to become a prominent player in Site activity. The Executive Assistant will also be part of the Global Finance Operations Executive Assistant community.

Basic Qualifications
No degree required.
Administrative or clerical experience in corporate/business/ or similar sector.
Excellent written and spoken English
Good administrative tool capability required e.g calendar scheduling, event arrangement, meeting administration, professional minute taking
Preferred Qualifications
No formal qualifications required.
Previous Executive Assistant experience is a significant advantage.
