High-end complex litigation plaintiff's firm has an immediate opportunity for a newly licensed attorney to join their team! The role involves handling a range of responsibilities related to civil litigation and class action cases. The successful candidate will be managing cases from inception to conclusion, with a focus on federal court cases.

This litigation attorney opportunity is 100% remote!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of legal cases from start to finish

• Engage in comprehensive civil litigation procedures

• Actively participate in depositions and trials

• Propose and respond to discovery requests

• Draft and present law motion documents

• Handle complex litigation cases effectively

• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions

• Prioritize legal tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Exercise sound judgement in case handling

• Stay current with changes in legal regulations and industry trends.

• Excellent academic credentials and judicial clerkship a plus
