What We Are Looking For:
In this role you will support the Quality Control Team to perform visual,mechanical, functional, and dimensional inspection on a variety ofproducts using various test equipment. You will also perform timely andaccurate quality review of device history records to ensure batch dispositionand release. This person will serve as reviewer and approver for products anddocumentation in a medical device manufacturing environment, ensuringcompliance to customer and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do:
Perform inspection tasks involving the use of a wide variety of testinstruments and equipment to measure the values and record functionaloperation of components.
Determine acceptability and recommend disposition of defective items inaccordance with established procedures.
Generate Non-conformance Reports for submitted product found out ofspecification.
Communicates with quality and development engineers concerning product anddocumentation defects.
Complete tasks accurately and on-time, paying close attention to detail.
Review and resolve documentation discrepancies and issues withmanufacturing/operations personnel in a timely manner to allow for productrelease.
Responsible for final disposition, certificate of compliance and/oranalysis, based on review of all associated documentation.
Build quality into all aspect of the material release process by maintainingcompliance to all quality requirements.
Participate in continuous learning and problem solving.What You Will Bring:
Knowledge on use of calipers, micrometers, pin gauges. CMM experience is aplus.
Ability work in a team setting and individual.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to read and communicate in English.
Intermediate working knowledge of Word & Excel software applications.
Ability to work across multiple software platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks & responsibilities withcompeting priorities.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
What We Require:
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 1 of year Quality Control experience in a manufacturing or productionenvironment.
What You Want To Know:
Hourly Range: $20.00 - $25.00/Hr. (Salary to be determined by theeducation, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of thecandidate, and alignment with market data)
In addition to a salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus basedupon company performance.
