Install, configure, monitor, analyze, maintain and provide technical support for Starbucks Engineering Platform. Communicate highly complex ideas and concepts to non-technical peers and customers. Establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology partners. Support the development team and perform activities to resolve developer issues in a timely and accurate fashion. Engineer needs to build release processes. Conduct research and makes recommendations on standards, products, and services. Ensure application and infrastructure architectural solutions are stable, secure, and compliant with Company standards and practices. Implement all technologies in accordance with Information Security's guiding principles for highly sensitive data. Provides high-availability operational support and automate solutions across the environment. Implement deep telemetry capabilities to provide ongoing success and performance metrics. Implement service monitoring across all platforms to ensure continuous availability and operational continuity of critical systems. Upholds company policies, and legal/regulatory requirements, such as PCI. Implements and maintains system configurations and baselines to support secure application development software control best practices and standards.

　　Full time employment, Monday -- Friday, 40 hours per week, Pay Range: $127,308 to $139,600 per year.

　　MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, plus 1 year of experience in software development.

　　 Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:

　　Experience in system administration, network administration, and systems engineering.Experience in one or more of the following languages: C#; Nodejs, and/or Ruby.Experience in debugging and optimizing code, and automating routine tasks.Experience in supporting a development environment.Experience with Cloud Computing platform (Microsoft Azure).Telecommuting permitted up to 100% from anywhere in the US.
