　　Position Summary: IT Innovation Technical Expert

　　We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Innovation Technical Expert to join our team. The IT Innovation Technical Expert will play a crucial role in driving digital innovation initiatives and implementing cutting-edge technologies within our organization, initially in Generative Artificial Intelligence . They will be responsible for providing technical expertise, evaluating emerging technologies, and leading the development and implementation of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, a passion for innovation, and a deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within our organization.

　　Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions, including prototyping and proof of concept projects.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure the successful integration of new technologies.

　　Provide technical guidance and support to innovation projects, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.

　　Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and industry best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

　　Conduct research and analysis to assess the feasibility and potential impact of new technologies and solutions.

　　Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for innovation projects.

　　Work closely with the IT Innovation Regional Lead and other stakeholders to align innovation initiatives with business goals.

　　Participate in innovation workshops, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities to generate and refine ideas.

　　Mentor and coach team members on technical aspects of innovation, providing guidance and support as needed.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

　　Proven experience in IT innovation, with a focus on implementing emerging technologies and driving digital transformation.

　　Strong technical expertise in areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, blockchain, or Internet of Things (IoT).

　　Proficient in programming languages (Python) and frameworks relevant to innovation projects.

　　Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Architecture

　　Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.

　　Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

　　Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.

　　Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
