Description

　　Otter Tail Power Company is currently seeking qualified student applicants to fill one position for Mechanical or Electrical Engineer Intern at Coyote Station, in Beulah, ND for a summer/fall internship (May – August or May - December).

　　The Engineer Intern will provide assistance to Plant Engineering in the following areas:

　　Plant systems performance analysis.

　　Plant systems modification cost/benefit analysis.

　　Sub system Mechanical/Civil/Electrical design.

　　Electronic print updates.

　　QUALIFICATIONS: The position requires excellent written communication skills and attention to detail in order to publish accurate study reports and provide accurate drawing updates. Furthermore, the role also requires strong oral communication skills used in working with plant staff and outside contractors and equipment vendors. Education accredited by ABET is preferred.
