Job Summary: Dispatcher will accept, assess and direct non-emergency, emergency and requests for service calls, deploy appropriate resources in a timely and efficient manner and also provides Emergency Medical Dispatch instructions for all emergency calls. The ideal person for this position is a critical thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills who possesses a strong customer-centered work ethic and attention to detail. _Minimum Qualifications:_ * High School Diploma or GED * Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with changing priorities * Computer skills in Microsoft Outlook PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Preferred Qualifications: * Emergency Medical Dispatch Certification We take great care of careers.
