Location: North Adams Saturday 8a-3p POSITION DESCRIPTION: TheEmployment Coach is responsible for providing comprehensive supports toindividuals including accessing and maintaining employment within thecommunity. Provide workplace assistance to individuals so they can growand meet personal goals, earn a living wage, and experience all otherbenefits associated with employment. QUALIFICATIONS: Min of 18 years ofage. High School Diploma/GED or one year experience in a related field,must possess basic math (addition/subtraction) skills, ability to read &write, communicate effectively both verbally and written, ability tomulti-task and exercise good judgement. Ability to complete all initialand ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI,Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD andlicensing and/or certification checks (i.e. nursing). Valid US driver?slicense and ready access to a vehicle. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Mustmaintain all certification needed in the program including: CPR, FirstAid, MAP, Safe Techniques to Avoid Restraint and Training (START), andBFAIR Human Rights Training. May need to attend workshops, seminars orBFAIR functions as needed for job development.
