　　Responsibilities to Anticipate:

　　Support as the Product Owner for the SCRUM team supporting Platform and Cyber scope on AOC, ADOC, ABADs and future C5I programs. ADOC and AOC are sustainment programs supporting two on-site Field Service Rep (FSRs) teams in Qatar. The Platform and Cyber team have a close relationship with the on-site FSRs to aid in troubleshooting field issues/STRs as they arise including having to occasionally support during off hours and holiday.

　　This role requires you to lead and manage a team of various personalities and experience levels to ensure tasks are prioritized, planned, and executed to support the programs. As the product owner you will also be the primary interface with the Chief Product Owner, IPT Lead and program leadership for any topics related to this SCRUM Team.

　　Qualifications You Must Have:

　　Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 5 years of prior relevant experience. In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required

　　Ability to manage team of strong personalities across various skill sets and experience level

　　Experience working in a SCRUM Environment and working with JIRA

　　The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

　　Qualifications We Value:

　　Clearance Information: This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.

　　The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
