Position Summary
As an Internal Communications and Community Management Specialist , you will help shape our Global Employee Ambassador program, launch a dedicated Ambassador Program at the HQ and play a key role managing communities on Workplace from Meta. This role will guide and support leaders and internal influencers to develop their digital presence and help tell our Nestlé stories on social media. The right candidate will also be responsible for creating a content calendar, compelling corporate content for our employee advocacy platform, We Are Nestlé, as well as internal communication channels. This role will require community management skills, especially on Workplace, where you will help create and manage communities and establish governance across the organization.

A Day in the Life of an Internal Communications and Community Management Specialist
Ambassador program
Help evolve our Global Ambassador Program, We Are Nestlé, in partnership with key markets and our Content & Digital Team.
Set up and nurture a community of Nestlé ambassadors at the Centre (Headquarters).
Create, evolve, and execute digital presence training for ambassadors, senior leaders and key stakeholder groups across the organization.
Provide guidance and support for local ambassador programs & initiatives.
Design and execute the editorial calendar for our employee advocacy platform.
Create and deploy compelling content for different audiences across the company.
Evolve our Employee Social Media Guidelines
Collect and share best practices with the Internal Communications & Employee Engagement community.
Community management and engagement
Part of the Core team executing our global Workplace engagement strategies.
Deploy and evolve Workplace Community Guidelines and governance.
Lead a Workplace Relaunch for key strategic groups.
Provide support and guidance to the Internal Communications & Employee Engagement community.
Evolve our Workplace Connected Executive guide.
Play an active role in supporting content creation, publication and writing across the Internal Communications team.
What will make you successful
At least 3 years in Digital and or Social Media Communications, including Community Management.
Excellent knowledge of social media landscape and analytics.
Excellent writing skills.
Ability to create compelling social media content.
Fluent English.
A team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced news environment.
Organized with excellent attention to detail, supportive and reliable.
