About Maintenance Plumber

　　Job Purpose:Supports skilled maintenance workers by retrieving materials and supplies; helping with job assignments.Duties: * Assembles materials and supplies by retrieving, loading, and moving them to job site. * Prepares materials and supplies by unwrapping, laying-out, sorting, cutting, mixing, etc. * Helps skilled personnel by placing and holding components, parts, and materials. * Maintains clean and safe work environment by cleaning - up after jobs are completed; following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations; disposing of waste according to procedures. * Learns job techniques by working with skilled personnel; participating in training programs. * Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.Skills/Qualifications:Supply Management, Teamwork, Energy Level, Productivity, Attention to Detail, Independence, Lifting, Safety Management, Power Tools, Waste Treatment, Job Knowledge
