　　Purpose:

　　The Quality Review Suitability Specialist conducts quality audits of the activities performed by the following teams: Suitability, New Business Transfer Follow-up, and New Business Phone team with an objective of improving the overall experience at Athene. Analyzes results and makes recommendations for process improvements.

　　Accountabilities:

　　Monitors and analyzes a random sampling of transactions and/or phone type activities and documents the results.

　　Partners with management to coach and mentor individual employees to improve quality standards.

　　Provides detailed reports to management on individual performance.

　　Identifies trends, training needs and learning opportunities as a result of the evaluations.

　　Works with management and/or training identifying service improvements.

　　Qualifications and Experience:

　　1+ years of professional experience in a customer service role required, with proven knowledge of annuity products and suitability review experience preferred.

　　Advanced verbal and written communications required to explain concepts and processes to a diverse customer base.

　　Annuity contracts and disbursement knowledge preferred.

　　Ability to navigate multiple computer systems with minimal assistance required.

　　Coaching and/or project experience preferred.
