Description

　　A company in North Houston is seeking a Ecommerce Data Entry Assistant. This will be an in-office role working Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM. If you are interested and qualified in the below, please apply today!

　　This position is responsible for the upkeep of the companies on-line item information and digital imagery. Will work with a small team of data entry personnel to ensure item data is accurate and up to date. Will also work up new item proposals and complete item enrichment via Retailer provided Excel templates.

　　Duties:

　　· Daily Maintenance of On-line Retailer Item Data & Digital Imagery

　　· Preparation of New item proposal Templates (via Excel based forms by Retailer)

　　· Preparation of New item enrichment Templates (via Excel or Retailer’s online portal)

　　· Maintain familiarity with products by participating in training

　　· Assist with reporting and other duties as requested

　　Requirements

　　Basic Requirements:

　　· MUST be dependable

　　· MUST be a problem solver (looking for someone who will seek out solutions)

　　· Experience and/or Advanced Skills in data management preferred

　　· Proficient and/or Advanced Skills in Excel

　　· Strong Attention to Detail/Accuracy & time management skills

　　· Basic understanding of retail e-commerce a plus

　　· Strong verbal and written communicator

　　· Professional and Friendly demeanor

　　· Willingness to learn new systems and seek out improvements
