　　The Position

　　We are looking a lawyer for our Legal & Compliance Division.

　　Tasks & Responsibilities

　　Conducting legal research and analysis,

　　Making research in compliance and legal related areas, specifically in pharmaceutical law and Data Protection, Healthcare Compliance, Antitrust, Anti Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Anti-Discrimination, etc.

　　Drafting and reviewing contracts,

　　Drafting and reviewing corporate documents,

　　Preparing and reviewing legal and compliance documents,

　　Preparing and conducting trainings and legal and compliance communication, creating compliance projects,

　　Translating of legal documents in both Turkish and English,

　　Archive all documents (contracts, legal documents, correspondence etc.) in the system and make filings,

　　Assisting in the preparation and organization of conferences and meetings.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor’s degree (and masters degree preferably) in law with a strong academic record from a reputable university,

　　Being a qualified Turkish lawyer having 1-3 years of experience in a reputable law firm or as an inhouse,

　　Experience in pharmaceutical law and compliance related areas is a preference,

　　Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must (The candidates who have TOEFL and IELTS score are preferred),

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills,

　　Capable of following up the business processes in the legal and compliance department,

　　High learning agility to adapt in short term,

　　Ability to work with deadlines, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively,

　　Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural office environment and within flexible working hours,

　　High organizational, follow-up and time-management skills.
