Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Operations Supplier Integrator (Level 3/4) to support a new role for the Dreamlifter Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina .
Dreamlifter Operations is seeking a candidate who will act in a supplier management role, specifically overseeing a critically important supplier (and the supplier’s subcontractors). This supplier provides critical ground handling and ground support equipment maintenance services for all Dreamlifter Operations locations. This includes both ground operations and maintenance services for all Dreamlifter Unique and Standard Ground Handling Equipment. The primary role of this candidate will be in providing oversight and compliance of a high value contract. This is a “hands on” role and the candidate will actively work with the supplier reviewing its operations at the site and operational levels, providing detailed feedback and input to both the supplier and Dreamlifter Leadership.
The candidate will be expected to track supplier performance and prepare professional grade reports and presentations detailing the supplier’s performance at an aggressive reporting cadence. Additional oversite elements include monitoring supplier developed processes and procedures for ground operations, training, safety and maintenance. The candidate should be certified in the Boeing Problem Solving Model – Root Cause Corrective Action (BPSM) or an equivalent model and possess real experience in using a formal RCCA in problem solving with a supplier in an operational environment. The candidate must possess experience in ground handling operations management including startup experience, preferably at multiple airport locations and in managing multiple ground handling operations simultaneously.
The candidate should be skilled in using the IATA Ground Operations Manual along with Boeing safety and performance requirements. The successful candidate will also work cross-functionally with other Dreamlifter teams which may include activities such as participation in audits and wellness inspections, development of long-range business plans and budgeting, procurement activities and in supporting studies. The candidate will contribute heavily to the daily Dreamlifter cadence with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational success. The candidate must be willing to respond to worldwide emergent requirements and be able to work with a diverse team in an environment that supports flexible work schedules and will be required to travel up to 30% of the time.
Position Responsibilities :
Observe and verify supplier/subcontractor business relationships for effectiveness, providing guidance to the supplier to ensure operational and contractual compliance
Evaluate supplier execution to contracted statement of work and provide structured feedback on supplier ratings for SLA performance
Act as the relationship owner for Dreamlifter for supplier operational activities
Report supplier status to Dreamlifter leadership
Evaluate supplier operations plans and processes for conformity to Boeing and industry standards
Monitor the safety performance of the supplier
Conduct meetings with supplier
Facilitates supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations
Develops and participates in the implementation of supply base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies
Analyzes and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance data to identify risks, issues and opportunities
Develops mitigation plans
Identifies and participates in supplier and business improvement activities
Provides outcomes for potential integration into contracting strategies
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
3+ years of creating, teaching and presenting materials in front of multi-levels
3+ years of experience in training or curriculum development
3+ years of experience with completing Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations
3+ years of experience with airline ramp environment
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with underwing services or contracts
5+ years related work experience (ground handling management) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in Process Improvement, Complex Problem Solving, Forecasting and Financial Analysis
5+ years of experience with cargo or airline operation services
5+ years of experience with Procurement and Supply Chain Processes
Typical Education/Experience:
Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range level 3 : $88,400– 119,600
Summary pay range level 4: $102,850-139,150
