　　Remote Business Finance Analyst

　　Do you have experience in Financial and Data Analysis and want to work for a company that positively impacts the well-being of the individuals it serves? In the Business Finance Analyst role, you will help this company in its commitment to serve others by utilizing your skills to discover inefficiencies and recommending improvements to the business model.

　　Support the finance operations department by pulling and analyzing data, reports, and statements

　　Utilize data to summarize analysis and make recommendations for staffing, census, cost allocations, revenue and expenses

　　Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, and budgeting/forecasting

　　Work with AR, AP and GL Shared Service Center to ensure Iowa's Financial Reports accurately reflect performance monthly, quarterly, and annually

　　Assist with key performance indicators, projects, spend rate, audit, and cost reporting

　　Supports internal and external audits

　　Qualifications:

　　2-3 years of related experience in analytics preferred

　　Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills including Pivots, VLookups, Index Match, (VBA helpful)

　　Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task

　　Exceptional attention to detail and communication/follow-through skills

　　Oracle EPM and Hyperion (Ad Hoc Analysis) experience is a plus

　　Experience with Iowa's Managed Care Organizations (MCO) is a plus
