Description
Review the demand by channel based on various historical sales data with category analysis and adjust the forecast with market intelligence, reconciling the demand vs latest estimation with rationale
Responsible for reviewing and resolving supply exceptions in collaboration with Global & Regional Supply Chain to minimize the out of stock risk and support mitigation plans aligned with brand
Review aging, excess, surplus inventory and take appropriate actions to maintain proper, optimized level of inventory
Manage DP & SP material master data
WFA (Weighted Forecast Accuracy), Excess KPI management with RCA
Lead the monthly branded consensus meeting, focusing on demand trend insights, building blocks assumptions and scenarios planning based on risks & opportunity. Discuss action plans for excess to rationalize inventory and share the potential supply risk for mitigation plan
Lead the monthly Brand Consensus Meeting, focusing on demand trend insights, building blocks assumptions and scenarios planning based on LE with R&O for Integrated Business Planning
Involved in developing process & report to improve work efficiency with data validation
Qualifications
Education:
University-level education or equivalentExperiences:
35 years in Forecasting & Inventory Management fields in Supply Chain
Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods in multi-national companies preferred
SAP using experience preferred
