　　[IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer to support an Army Aviation customer located in the Huntsville, AL area. The candidate must be a self-starter with excellent technical skills and experience in system design and testing. Candidate must be familiar with Army Test and Evaluation policy and procedures as documented in AR 73-1.

　　Establish, execute, and coordinate test and evaluation activity, events, documentation tasks for supporting the Program Office.Review, provide comments to, and maintain test documentation to include: System Evaluation Plans, TEMPs; Measures of Effectiveness, Measures of Performance, and test plans.Prepare test documentation IAW AR 73-1, Test and Evaluation Policy and be delivered contract guidelines.Provide recommendations in planning, forecasting costs, coordinating, and executing test events.Prepare test reports that document deficiencies and issues identified in the conduct of test and evaluation events.Evaluation design reviews, audits, and draft quality assurance (QA) reports for TandE programs for the system being acquired.Provide assessments of Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VVandA) during software development.Provide test documentation for test items to the test organizations.Draft and provide a Safety Assessment Report; Provide recommendations to ensure that TandE of all systems is planned and conducted to sufficiently stress the systems in representative environments.[Education and General Experience:]{arial",sans-serif"=""}

　　Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, or related field(s)

　　At least eight (8) years of experience performing test and evaluation of complex software/hardware systems.

　　Test engineering experience on a complex ACAT I acquisition program.
