Distribution Warehouse Manager GENERAL SUMMARY:

　　This position manages and coordinates activities of employees engaged in preparing, verifying and maintaining records on all shipments, and inventory control.

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Operate within USDA/HACCP guidelines.

　　Promote a safe environment following state, federal and company safety standards.

　　Produce products that meet or exceed the customers’ (internal and external) requirements and provide excellent customer service.

　　Provide positive people oriented work environment, designed to build morale.

　　Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

　　BASIC SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Must have supervision experience in shipping and inventory control.

　　Good interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

　　Computer skills are necessary with experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).

　　SAP experience a plus.

　　Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills.

　　Must be willing to work 2nd shift

　　EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; College Degree preferred
