Description We are offering a contract for a permanent employment opportunity for a Presentation Specialist. The role is placed in the industry of data mining and financial presentations, located in San Francisco, California. The workplace is fully remote with a requirement to cover afternoon, evening, and Saturday shifts, including some overtime and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Design and format new and existing PowerPoint presentations with a focus on complex chart creation

• Maintain the firm's branding integrity throughout all presentations

• Create complex financial charts using PowerPoint and Excel, combining solid design aesthetics with intricate charting

• Work with vector graphics in Illustrator and images in Photoshop

• Ensure instructions are carried out correctly

• Exhibit flexibility to work independently while collaborating with the team over zoom, IM, and email

• Manipulate large amounts of data within Excel

• Use Adobe Illustrator to create logos and infographics

• Build composite images using Photoshop

• Maintain high proofreading skills and fine-tuned attention to detail

• Communicate effectively in both oral and written form

• Interact professionally and collaboratively with clients and co-workers Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of detail oriented experience as a Presentation Specialist or in a similar role

• Proficiency in data mining techniques and Microsoft Excel

• Demonstrated ability in creating charts and graphs for presentation purposes

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in creating financial presentations and financial charts

• Proven skills in creating presentations, PowerPoint presentations, and presentation decks

• Expertise in creating presentation graphics and using graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop
