　　Product Owner

　　Position Location: US

　　NCR Voyix is expanding its IoT technology across Retail and Restaurant businesses. Digital Connected Services (DCS) is the marketing name behind NCR Voyix IoT Platform. DCS objective is to provide customers with a turn-key solution that helps manage Retailers and Restaurants devices and provide highest level of availability through incident management and automations capabilities. DCS provides customer visibility on how devices are operating globally to support customers and sales. Retail and Restaurants businesses have different needs, but DCS is looking for a product owner who can work with business product managers and help deliver a platform that meets customers’ demands across, and converting these into engineering requirements.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Contribute to building an IoT product that services customers in Retail and Hospitality industries.

　　Leverage business and technical aptitude to bridge the gaps between product managers and engineering.

　　Use experience in Managed Services to guide and influence product and service roadmaps.

　　Develop cross-functional and team relationships to foster new business opportunities.

　　Serve as the conduit between user needs, technical capabilities, and engineering requirements, developing these into roadmaps and requirements for the Agile backlog of a development team

　　Lead the backlog refinement of features and write user stories and ensure delivery teams are prepared to meet sprint deadlines

　　Ensure Product leadership is aware of key issues and changes, and provide them with the right information and recommendations to resolve issues

　　Collaborate with Architect(s) and Tech Lead(s) to identify non-functional requirements like infrastructure needs to scale applications

　　Work with Quality Assurance team member(s) to identify test cases for automated testing

　　Coordinate with product managers to conduct product integration testing Key Responsibilities Preparation and Participation in PI Planning Program Backlog

　　Required Skills and Experience:

　　4+ years of experience working with Cloud technologies.

　　4+ years of experience working with Solutions built on serverless technologies.

　　4+ years of experience working in helpdesk support and/or managed services.

　　4+ years of experience working with Product Development/Product Management/Product Owner

　　4+ years of experience participating/leading sales proposals in the Retail or Restaurant space.

　　Ability to speak efficiently in front of large audiences and explain technology to any audience.

　　Ability to document and publish recommendations and guidance.

　　Preferred Skills and Experience:

　　7+ years in Product Development/Management

　　5+ years in team leadership roles
