The Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine and Stead Family Children's Hospital invites applications for a 100% clinical or tenure track, open rank faculty position within the Department of Radiology.
This position will continue the momentum we have built in creating a growing pediatric IR service. If desired, this individual could also join our Vascular and Interventional Radiology Division and provide services to adult patients. Research startup funds and protected time to pursue academic interests are available.
Successful candidates will be required to self-disclose any misconduct history or pending research misconduct investigation including but not limited to sexual misconduct in prior employment and provide a related release and will be subject to a criminal background and credential check.
Education Requirement:
Board certified by the American Board of Radiology or eligible within the first year of post training.Fellowship trained in pediatric interventional radiology OR Pediatric Radiology fellowship and an adult IR residency or fellowship.Required Qualifications:
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with clinicians, patients and trainees.Candidates for tenure track appointments must have a history of funded research.Demonstrated experience promoting an inclusive culture in the workforce and academic environmentDesirable Qualifications:
