Description

　　As a Title Clerk you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of dealership paperwork and titles. This position involves handling DMV paperwork, receiving titles from various offices, checking them into our system, and managing the transfer of titles between dealerships.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Process dealership paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

　　Receive titles from different offices based on the cars sold at the dealership.

　　Check titles into our system, maintaining an organized filing system.

　　Retrieve titles as vehicles are sold and ensure proper documentation.

　　Facilitate the transfer of titles to other dealerships involved in vehicle purchases.

　　Print out necessary forms and dispatch titles via FedEx in a timely manner.

　　Requirements

　　High school diploma or equivalent.

　　Previous experience in title processing or a similar administrative role.

　　Knowledge of DMV paperwork and regulations.

　　Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

　　Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

　　Proficient in using computer systems and data entry.

　　Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
