Salary Range (Annualized) $80,000-$89,148.80
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides coordination of nursing and clinical issues in the OPWDD funded programs.
Provides supervision and oversight of the functions of the Administrative Nurses.
In coordination with the nursing supervisors, may complete the interview and hiring process for Residential RN’s, LPN’s, and Administrative Nurse positions.
Serves as the contact person between other clinical services provided by People Inc. (i.e.: EHC clinic, CHHA, QI, etc.
Oversee and evaluate training needs of Administrative and Residential RN’s and LPN’s and select non-clinical staff.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all State and Federal regulations related to proactive and reactive health care.
Responsible for adequate training and implementation of new regulations/guidelines as they are provided by OPWDD to RN’s, LPN’s, and select staff.
Responsible for ensuring the adequate implementation of policies and procedures related to medical care. This also includes creation, monitoring, and revision, as necessary, of existing policies.
Participates in state and federal surveys and the development of corrective plans as it pertains to nursing delegated training or training of the RN’s and LPN’s.
Complies with all agency policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Registered Nurse
6-9 years of related experience
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the development and supervision of the Administrative Nurses.
