Foxwoods El San Juan Casino is looking for a talented professional to occupy its Director of Marketing position. The Director of Marketing is responsible for the administration of Casino Marketing including planning, directing, and coordinating all phases of the Casino Marketing efforts, in accordance with established guidelines.Duties:· Ther incumbent duties include, but are not limited to, design and implement the Casino marketing plan, public relations, website administration, social media, digital marketing, planning and coordinate customers promotions, activities and sales.· Oversee marketing campaigns. Identify new market opportunities and understand market trends to position the Casino competitively.· The Casino Director of Marketing will also be responsible for the supervision of subordinates and all casino market segments, including but not limited to the Local Market and the US Market.· In this role the incumbent will be responsible to structure, organize, write, re-write and/or modify all Casino Marketing Plans, Actions and Budgets to include a Calendar of Events.· Responsible for hiring, training, motivating, evaluating and disciplining (if necessary) of marketing staff.· Ensures that the Casino Marketing is operating in accordance with Government Regulations.· Must be proactive in improving marketing efficiencies, guest and team members satisfaction.
