Description

　　We're hiring a creative technical thinker with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to communicate to diverse audiences for this position. 　　Responsibilities

　　Connect with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

　　Head and keep a close watch on all installed systems and infrastructure

　　Contribute to the design of information and operational support systems

　　Consistently deliver the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

　　Note and support custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks

　　Test, maintain, install, and configure system management tools, operating systems, and application software

　　Oversee and review application performance for potential bottlenecks, define possible solutions, and join forces with developers to realize those fixes

　　Give 2nd and 3rd level support

　　Assert backup, security, and redundancy strategies

　　Requirements - Proven knowledge of VMware

　　Expertise in Microsoft 365 Enterprise

　　Group Policy experience preferred

　　Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365

　　Experience with Microsoft Windows Server

　　Proficiency in Azure Active Directory

　　Solid scripting skills

　　If you have experience with automation software, you will be strongly preferred for this position
