Description Robert Half is currently in need of an articulate Billing Clerk who is well-organized and has a keen attention to detail. This opening is based in the Readington, New Jersey area and is a long-term contract / temporary to hire Billing Clerk opportunity. As a Billing Clerk, your daily duties will consist of reviewing bills and compiling data into spreadsheets and accounting software. 　　Your responsibilities

　　Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered

　　Gauge billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, acquiring missing or correct data when necessary

　　Build financial controls and procedures

　　Function side-by-side with other teams to achieve data quality and consistency Requirements

　　Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

　　Prior experience working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

　　Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

　　Open Invoice experience

　　Command of Billing Statements

　　Strong familiarity with Billing System

　　Experience with Prepare Invoices

　　Billing experience

　　Adeptness in Code Invoices
