Support the prioritization of failureanalysis cases based on quality issues, global input, and data,analyzing trends in production and field data to mitigate potentialissues, and sharing statistical summaries of failure analysis findings.Assign work consistent with skills of staff to achieve objectives,providing guidance and training to staff to continually upgrade theirskills and improve performance.
