　　Snowflake's Sales Engineering organization is seeking a proven technical leader to lead our team of Global Field CTOs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to represent and shape our product vision, strategy and differentiated value to our GTM teams, current customers and future prospects. You will act as a thought leader within the GTM organization to help customers and prospects understand how to utilize the power of data and AI within their organization.

　　Reporting to the Global VP of Field CTO Office, and closely aligned to our product and sales leadership, you and your team will represent the technology merits of the Snowflake Data Cloud to our customers. You will support strategic sales opportunities and influence a varied audience utilizing your dynamic and engaging communication and presentation skills. You will act as a hands-on leader utilizing your experience building and managing a high performance team of technical sellers and specialists that will help accelerate our growing business.

　　IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:Successfully build, inspire and retain high performing global teams of Global Field CTOsAct as a Snowflake thought leader presenting at customer Executive briefings and conferences, guiding and creating the development of white-papers, and other high-value customer facing guidance and best practicesCollaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales senior leadership to create strategic roadmaps for Snowflake technology growthElevate the Sales Engineering organization by developing the gold standard for technical messaging and contentManage the creation of internal and external assets developed by the Field CTO team (such as white-papers, reference architectures, blueprints, solution briefs, and best practices) to drive and support enablement and thought leadershipQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:15+ years of industry experience acting as an industry thought leader within the data warehousing, AI/ML, data analytics, data science and/or cloud computing spaceExperience leading a team of senior level Field Architects/CTOsExperience selling enterprise SaaS softwareRecognized as a leader in the space of Data Platforms, Analytics or AI/ML with a track record of externally facing publications, blogs and video presentationsOutstanding and effective presentation skills to both internal and external technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demosMasters Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience preferredSnowflake is growing fast, and we're scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. 　　The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $211,000 - $315,000.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
