  Salesforce Inc. seeks Product Manager, Manager in Seattle, WA:

  Job Duties: Support the Enterprise Operations Service Model, coordinating operational programs for Salesforce technology and infrastructure teams. Deep understanding of business objectives of the program with ability to steer discussions on the ROI and business value associated with programs. Collaborate with global teams, foster positive relationships, and help drive customer satisfaction. Trusted advisor to business partners who are key stakeholders and sponsors for the program; effective in influencing priority and direction. Track record of successfully delivering cross-functional projects of large complexity over a period of time. Regularly exhibits leadership behavior, teamwork, and positive attitude. Develops PMO best practices and coaches/teaches other PM's; Drive Strategic program and Seeks out new methods, tools, and practices and/or creates their own that result in more efficient planning and higher predictability during execution. Define & Design program artifacts such as business processes, technical solutions, and best practices. Develops strategic thinking mastery and can comfortably apply strategic thinking to all facets of their projects. ˆ Above address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in the Seattle area: 744 N. 34th St. Seattle, WA 98103, 701 N. 34th St., Seattle, WA 98103, and 929 108th Ave, Bellevue, WA 98004. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in the Seattle area. Telecommuting is an option.

  Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Project Management, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Project Management, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or in any occupation in related field.

  A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Project Management, Engineering).

  Special Skill Requirements (at least two years of experience in each of the following: (1) Agile Methodologies; (2) Project Management; (3) Cloud Computing; (4) CRM; (5) Product Management; (6) Confluence; (7) Smartsheet; (8) Product Design/UX; and (9) Market Research. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.

  Salary: $151,466.00 - $208,800.00 per annum.
