About Customer Success Representative - Utah

  In this role, you'll experience a dynamic call center experience where we provide best-in-class, nonstop member interactions. We are looking for new Navrick's to bring their unique perspectives and willingness to go above and beyond for our small business owner's.

  The shift is Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (MST) with weekends and Holidays off. Lunches will vary but you will get 30 minutes for lunch along with two dedicated breaks. This role is located in our Draper UT location.

  YOU WILL:

  Provide exceptional customer service to our small businesses owners, primarily over the phone, as well email (average 45-55 interactions per day), as you guide the conversations that enhance their financial relationship with us. Advise and assist customers in making informed decisions regarding their account.Simplify complex processes and financial concepts and make it easy for small business owners to grasp.Identify and communicate trends from customer feedback, and make recommendations about how to improve our service.Leverage your metrics to continue to grow and improve your performance. Escalate issues to leadership, and partner with key stakeholders as required to resolve issues.

  During the interview process, your recruiter will be explaining how our rubrics work across all of our total rewards ( base, equity, bonus, perks, and benefit) offerings. The hourly rate for this role is $17.50/hr plus raises with the opporuntity to get to $20.50/hr as you progress through the role.
