You will share in the team'simpact on all aspects of compensation program development and execution forthe company. In this role, you will plan, develop and implement new andrevised compensation programs, policies, and procedures to align with thecompany's goals and competitive practices. You will partner with seniorleadership to ensure compensation initiatives support business objectives andalign with the company's compensation philosophy. In this role, you willneed to maintain in-depth compensation and industry knowledge, conductcompetitive analyses, and recommend updates to remain in line with markettrends. You will design creative solutions for specific compensation-relatedprograms and incentive plans and develop strategies to drive employeeawareness and understanding of all compensation programs. You will beresponsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistentlyadministered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations.We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadershipskills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe humanspaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required!Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years' experience in Compensation, HumanResources, or Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExpertise in compensation principles, program design, communication, andimplementationAbility to build employee-centric rewards programs while balancing businessgoals and financial boundariesKnowledge of all federal, state, and local regulations and compliancerequirements related to employee compensationDeep analytical skills with the ability to use data to influencedecision-making. Advanced or expert skills in applications and systemsincluding but not limited to Excel, HRIS systems (workflow and backendtesting), survey data tools, and reporting and visualization toolsConsultative in approach with the business and key stakeholdersAbility to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships,and strengthen our culture of inclusionMust be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current GreenCard holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or grantedasylum

  Desired:Proficiency in functionality development, testing, and utilization of HRInformation Systems including Workday, Greenhouse (ATS), Visier(data analytics and visualization), Payfactors (survey and market data)Proficiency in process documentation and improvement tools such as Lean or SixSigma, process flow charts (Visio), desk procedures, and navigation guides.WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification,and/or SHRM or HRCI certificationStrong leadership and program/project management...
