  The Opportunity

In this role, you will own and drive key capability functions for our Ethics & Compliance program. Specifically, you will lead our standards and controls (including policy and procedure governance) and training and awareness building blocks. We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated person. If you have a passion for driving excellence in Ethics & Compliance, along with outstanding communication, organization, and collaboration skills, we want to hear from you.

  Specific responsibilities include:

  • Provide overall stewardship of the Company’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and other standards and controls documents.

  • Ensure that the Company’s standards and controls are effectively designed against internal governance requirements and are mapped to the Company’s risks and obligations.

  • Collaborate with a broad range of subject-matter experts and internal stakeholders on existing, new, and enhanced standards and controls, promoting and driving consistency with our governance requirements.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve our Ethics & Compliance training and awareness plans, processes, and activities, creating and driving an overarching strategy linked to both our risks and obligations and our standards and controls, in close collaboration with our Company’s central training and development team.

  • Serve as a key contributor and thought leader within Ethics & Compliance, driving relevant strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives.

  • Effectively distill complex situations and technical matters and communicate them simply and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a customer-centric approach.

  • Be resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  Position Requirements:

  • 10 years of professional experience in risk, ethics, compliance, or governance.

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification (e.g., JD, CCEP, or CPA) preferred.

  • Extensive experience owning and driving ethics and compliance program activities, including experience developing and implementing policy-governance frameworks and training and awareness strategies and plans.

  • Outstanding written communication skills, including significant experience and expertise in writing governance documents and training content.

  • Highly effective communicator with strong personal presence and credibility and the ability to influence, engage, collaborate, and build trust-based relationships at all levels and across the organization.

  • Excellent organization and project-management skills.

  • Strong decision-making capabilities, even in ambiguous situations; adept at solving problems and seeing them through to resolution.

  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement successful program enhancements.

  • Humble, resilient, and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
