Description:

　　Primary Responsibilities • Experience with mammalian cell culture. • Conduct cell viability assays via fluorescent or luminescent readouts. • Previous experience working with RNA, DNA, and protein isolation from cells • Conduct: - RT-PCR / qPCR - gel electrophoresis - Western blot - ELISA.
