[DUTIES: Manage and Develop Americas Enterprise Information Systems(EIS) Team for following areas: Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and Finance; define and implement Americas EIS strategy; define and implement business processes; establish an IT Team as single point of contact to all Americas sites; work closely with Technical competence team, TSS India and IT Project Management Office to coordinate technical implementation; act as a champion of standards throughout the business unit strategy and architecture boards; identify opportunities to simplify processes with a view to remove complexity from the organization; work closely with business to understand its requirements and translate them into architectural requirements; manage the creation and the maintenance of the department budget, by gathering new projects requests, by preparing fixed cost planning, by approving vendor invoices, by monitoring assigned Capex, by flagging variances immediately, and by commenting department results on a monthly basis; among other duties. In addition, manage the acquisitions, mergers and integrations of Trelleborg facilities globally.
