Extrusion Operatorsare responsible for the safe operation of plastic extrusion equipment toproduce quality product by continual adjustments of gauges that controlextruder speed, temperatures, pressures, and winder speeds while alsofocusing on safety and efficiency. Job Description Knows and adheres toall safety rules and procedures. Produce orders to schedule in order tosatisfy customer needs and production requirements. Perform productionexecution of product labeling and production entry. Complete allrequired Quality inspections, testing, and documentation. Comply withCompany standards with regard to housekeeping and 6S on machines andsurrounding areas. Perform routine preventative maintenance. Performduties of other team members as required during breaks and absences.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: High school diplomaor equivalent Requirements: 1- 3 years\' experience as a machineoperator with knowledge of process equipment, tooling and procedures inorder to set up, operate, and maintain equipment work area in a safe,productive manner Basic math, reading, computer, and analytical skills.High awareness towards safety and ability to analyze and solveproduction facility problems. Able to work effectively and efficientlyas part of a team and independently. Able to work overtime and onweekends. Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, andbending. Pushing, pulling, lifting weights over 30lbs. Eye/handcoordination .
