About Director, Energy Account Management - Remote

  EPAM is growing 25% YOY and Energy is exceeding that. We are taking on new accounts and rapidly growing existing accounts. We need Energy Account Management leaders to grow, manage, and lead that continued growth.

  We're looking for passionate Energy leaders who have a clear vision, a willingness to keep up with current trends in their fields of expertise, and specific skills and knowledge to offer our clients and teams. They're the kind of people we want to work with.

  Proven track record of success leading efforts in the Energy industry either in professional consulting services or product/service sales roles geared towards assisting companies to define and evaluate corporate and business unit strategies and investment portfolios that reflect market, competitive, and other external drivers.

  Responsibilities Responsible for supporting EPAM's Energy clients to improve business performance by partnering closely with clients as a trusted advisor, providing Account Management oversight and driving EPAM's continued growth at an account level Driving the sales pipeline and orchestrating solutions for customers in the Energy industry with the goals of increasing revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness; ensuring that solutions provided meet customer requirements Lead pre-sales, sales, RFP, RFI process and proposal development based on client demands, engaging with and qualifying other colleagues as required in response to RFI/RFP processes Responsible for overall account P&L management, contracting and liaising with legal and procurement organizations internally and on the client side, on a recurring basis You'll inspire and encourage your coworkers and clients to approach challenging circumstances in innovative and transformative ways With your leadership, you'll assist fostering a learning environment where junior team members may grow and develop. You'll also serve as a mentor to these team members The ability to think strategically and creatively, solve problems, and take initiative is required, as is a proven track record of success in leading activities Establishing, maintaining, and leveraging networks of customer contacts to identify and respond to customer demands Communicating effectively in written and verbal formats in an organized and knowledgeable manner; Market research, quantitative and qualitative assessments, and other methods are used to deliver relevant insights into the corporate and business plans of our clients Able to hear, acquire and consolidate data on trends and market insights Through the course of project execution, provide additional information and advice to the Service Delivery and Operations teams to drive high-quality, profitable engagements Requirements The completion of a bachelor's degree program in business or a closely related discipline such as IT, engineering, marketing, economics, or finance At least 5-10 years of expertise in providing Energy customers with products, services and/or solutions offerings Expertise in managing people, engagement economics, and new business development activities Energy Account Management industry experience in at least two of the following areas is required: energy, utilities, technology, oil and gas Experience in operating models, rules and procedures, process mapping, operational efficiency improvements, process transformation, re-engineering, and optimization Proven track record of client relationship management in a professional service delivery organization Experience managing multi-million-dollar portfolios Ability to build rapport with senior-level client leaders Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Subsidized) Health Savings Account Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter) Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (Company Provided) Life and AD&D Insurance (Company Provided) Employee Assistance Program Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Matched 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Paid Time Off Legal Plan and Identity Theft Protection Accident Insurance Employee Discounts Pet Insurance Employee Stock Purchase Program About EPAM EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
