Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking an Assembler 1st Shift to join their team. As a Direct Hire Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of mechanical and electrical products.

Job Title: Direct Hire Assembler 1st Shift

Location: Mayville, WI

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm M-F with mandatory OT

What's the Job?

Assemble manufactured and purchased parts into subassemblies or complete products.

Read and understand blueprints and routings to produce parts to the required specifications.

Perform first piece inspections and subsequent inspections to ensure overall quality.

Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety rules.

Keep simple reports on productivity, quality, and safety.

What's Needed?

At least 1 year of experience as an Assembler

Ability to assemble parts into subassemblies or complete products.

Must possess the required tools to perform job functions.

Experience operating assembly equipment such as rivet machines and power tools.

Physical ability to perform tasks requiring frequent standing, sitting, and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Basic reading and writing skills to follow work orders and prepare production reports.
