What you'll do...
The Digital Tools Lead is a member of Ford Pro's Digital & UX group within the Marketing team.
This position will manage and support a growing portfolio of customer facing shopping and sales solutions on fordpro.com. This role will oversee the development and deployment of Ford Pro's digital/website tools (shop/consider, search, locate, support), be the business point of contact for ongoing evolution of the portfolio to meet business needs, and will help coordinate release efforts with the engineering team. Example tools currently in the portfolio: Dealer Locator, Charger locator, Build and Price, dealer ordering tools. This position will be a key function within the web marketing team as new shopping/sales solutions launch and require continuous sustain and optimize cycles.
Core responsibilities include project management, leading prioritization efforts for all strategic enhancements and functionality updates driven by stakeholders, serving as the web marketing point of view owner in cross-functional workstreams, and continuous monitoring and optimization of tools performance.
This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, product owners, technology teams, analytics team, and other marketing functions for various offerings including, but not limited to Vehicles, Software, Charging, Finance and Service, to optimize and drive high-value customer engagement and conversion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and maintain digital tools portfolio, backlog, and roadmap (includes new deployments and regular optimizations)
• Serve the internal business partner teams as the key point of contact for update requests and as a strategic partner to translate business needs into a web presence
• Manage the new request intake process from receipt to delivery
• Support site & functional testing/validation (for both launch and regular releases) to aid in identifying errors or defects not covered by the test team responsibilities (ie. copy accuracy, functional process and data accuracy)
• Partner with the relevant Ford Pro Product Line Managers to ensure timely delivery of identified solutions into the market
• Partner with the integrated marketing team to determine strategies to elevate promotions, programs, lead generation, brand messaging and any other critical messages on site
• Ongoing competitive assessment and benchmarking of digital best practices
• Support the Vehicle update and product launch process in partnership with product marketing/brand managers
• Partner with Ford Pro Global digital team to ensure consistency and alignment of global launches
• Monitor and execute multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously
• Manage stakeholder expectations by proactively identifying problems and solutions
• Engage with legal, compliance, and other relevant parties to gain any required legal approvals or direction
QUALIFICATIONS
You'll have...
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of working experience in digital marketing, digital enterprise tools, and/or integrated marketing
• 1+ years of experience working with digital product development or engineering teams
