Digital Channels Executive
As Internal Communications Professional you will be responsible for creating and managing internal communications. You will also be responsible for informing managers of change processes for all employees and fully support the implementation of the strategic goals for GSK.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the Manufacturing Manager and the Management Team to create, implement and enforce communication to support strategy and builds awareness about projects and priorities at the facility, supply chain and Global Manufacturing Supply.
• Support cultural changes, build employee awareness about the patient, increase awareness and pride in the products, employee involvement, communication support of the GSK Survey, and the implementation of improvement plans
• Support key projects by creating and implementing an effective and engaging communication plan.
• Prepare and implement the annual communication plan for the facility.
• Implement and pilot the organizational tools for measuring the effectiveness of internal communication in the facilities.
• Manage the communication channels for continuous improvements to existing and new communication methods.
• Implement good practices from other GSK facilities and from outside the organization in the field of communication methods.
• Develop concepts for organizing meetings and events for facility employees.
• Work with the facility Management Team and to cascade communications at all levels of the organization.
• Carry out the diagnosis of communication needs, support employee development through conducting trainings and coaching.
• Ensure that the visualization principles described in the Corporate Identification Book are adhered to and that the current models of documents and presentations are being used.
• Become a member of the Factory Crisis Team in the field of internal communication management for employees of GSK Pharmaceuticals.
• Cooperate with GSK facilities and the Global Communication Teams in the field for information on key programs and activities.
• Participate in extra-forest projects to achieve communication goals and engage employees.
• Support for the Global Communication Team by creating communication tools and monitoring their implementation.
• Examine communication needs of GSK facilities and suggest solutions to increase employee involvement and awareness to processes and tools.
