　　The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. Provides employment related guidance and support to management and employees. Prevent and resolve problems while assisting in creating and enforcing policies in the workplace.

　　Roles & Responsibilities

　　Assists with processing of terminations.

　　Assists with workplace investigations.

　　Self-Onboarding.

　　Absenteeism/Lateness Line.

　　Disciplinary actions.

　　Exit Communications.

　　Onboarding.

　　Required Skills

　　Verbal and written communication skills.

　　Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.

　　Interpersonal/communication skills.

　　Maintain high confidential information.

　　Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

　　Proficient with Microsoft functions.

　　Bilingual a plus, but not required.

　　Education and Experience

　　Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Business or HR; or relevant professional experience in lieu of degree.

　　1-2 years of Employee relations experience (would consider experience with HR employee counseling).
