The Senior Project Manager – Digital Technology (DT) will manage multiple projects focusing on communication, schedules, budgets, milestones, risk and scope management, project quality, and team building. This role will be responsible for the management of DT projects that may cross multiple segments from project conception through post implementation. Projects will generally be those of greater scope, complexity, risk, geographic, and segment impact.

Utilizethe Global DT project delivery methodology, Change Management Team, & DTprojecttoolsto identify all areas that could beimpactedbyDTprojects.
Identify,assess, and control risks andplan responses toincrease the likelihoodof successful completionofDTprojects.
Organize,manage, and lead theprojectteamincluding working with resource managerstoidentify roles and responsibilities andassignwork.
Mentorprojectteam andstakeholdersonProjectManagement Office (PMO)processandrequirements.
Managethe planning, estimating,budgeting, financing, monitoring, and controlling of cost toenableDTprojectstobe completed within the approved budget.
Regulate the timely completionofDTprojectsusing the Global DT methodology and variousDTproject management toolsand techniques.
Facilitate,document, andoversee the ITproject requirements toinclude scope changes.
With the assistant ofthe global purchasing team, maintain all procurementofproductsor services asrequired for DTprojects.
Ensurethat all aspects oftheproject are well coordinated, run smoothly, and produce thedesiredproject management deliverables and artifacts. These include items such asthe Project Management Plan, ProjectSchedule, Project Scope Change, and ProjectStatusReports.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’sdegree in BusinessAdministration, Information Systems, ProjectManagementorin a related field.
Five(5)or more yearsofexperienceinITProjectManagementor in a related area.
Ability to travel upto 20%.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Eight(8)ormore yearsofexperienceinITProjectManagementor in a related area.
CertifiedAssociate in Project Management(CAPM).
ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) Certification.
Professional / Certified Scrum Master.
