　　Key responsibilities

　　Supply computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures

　　Support records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities

　　Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors

　　Retain, investigate, and restore computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

　　Resolve computer problems, and give guidance on appropriate action/solutions

　　Offer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

　　Communicate regularly and effectively with ticket submitters Requirements - Desktop support or related experience

　　General familiarity with Hardware Upgrades

　　Solid understanding of Desktop Hardware

　　Hardware Installation experience highly desired

　　Practical knowledge of Windows Desktop

　　Background working with Windows-based

　　Computer Hardware experience required

　　Adeptness in Hardware Issues

　　Windows Enviornment experience highly preferred

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Hardware Troubleshooting

　　Foundational knowledge in Hardware configuration

　　Strong familiarity with Hardware and Software

　　Earlier work involving Microsoft SCCM

　　Good understanding of Network Printers
