　　You'll prepare various grill dishes catering mainly for our Biggles Bar & Grill and Room Service. Your passion for presentation and dedication to delivering flavour will complete each guest’s experience. By taking pride in your workspace, with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards & consistency, and giving our menu the benefit of your expertise, you’ll create some of our guests’ most lasting memories.

　　Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

　　Making every single meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the tastebuds in Biggles Bar & Grill

　　Taking ownership for your workstation – keeping on top of supplies, equipment and waste

　　Being cleaner than clean to meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws

　　Helping with washing up and other kitchen duties where needed

　　Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player

　　What We need from you:

　　Similar experience in a commercial kitchen ideally in a Hotel environment

　　Right to legally work full time in Australia (we are not able to offer sponsorship for this role)

　　Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider

　　Compliance with local laws on food safety and handling

　　Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to

　　Flexibility – night, weekend and public holiday shifts are all part of the job

　　Team player with a collaborative approach to work

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload

　　Look smart – wear your uniform with pride and adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards
