　　JOB REQUIREMENTS: Train and instruct co-workers regarding all aspects ofthe line. Read and understand production work instructions and linesheets. Responsible to rotate crew every hour. Deal with co-workers in acalm professional manner. Communicate with Shift Lead when problemsarise. Required to take a position on the line. Tend machines. Work atdifferent work stations as production needs require but willing to workon the same equipment daily. Work on various lines where tasks vary asproduct moves through different stages along line. Clean work areathoroughly before leaving at the end of shift. Maintain productionefficiencies on a regular basis.
