　　Responsibilities:

　　Provides occupational therapy services/interventions to patients in accordance with physician orders.

　　Assesses patient needs; plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of the occupational therapy interventions.

　　Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

　　Instructs patient/family/caregivers on patient's total occupational therapy program.

　　Other Occupational Therapist duties as assigned.

　　Requirements:

　　Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California (required)

　　Drug Screen (required)
